Framzu.com provides a browser-based shot detection and storyboard helper. Videos and frame processing run locally in your browser; we do not upload your footage to our servers.

2. Using Framzu

• Use Framzu for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• You are responsible for the content you load in the tool and for having rights to that content.

3. Privacy & Cookies

Our practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy on framzu.com. Videos stay local; we only collect limited contact information you provide and essential technical data to keep the service reliable.

4. Intellectual Property

Framzu’s code, branding, and documentation are owned by Chipen or its licensors. You retain rights to your own videos and outputs you generate with Framzu.

5. Availability & Changes

Framzu may change, pause, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Disclaimers

Framzu is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for loss of data, business, or other indirect damages arising from use of the service.
